My development to become a Chartered Safety and Health Professional began with a 25-year career in the Royal Marines, where I learned two lessons above all else:
1. Human life is more valuable than anything and safeguarding it is always a priority.
2. You give your absolute best in every situation, finding a unique solution to every problem for everyone you deal with.
These are the two lessons on which Capax is based. In the Royal Marines, my final appointment was as a Health and Safety advisor responsible for 800+ lives at a large site in Plymouth. Since then, I have provided every client with a personal, flexible service that makes my extensive experience work for them.
Since I founded Capax in 2019, I’ve worked hard to break down business risks for each of my clients and to offer a bespoke approach to controlling their risks efficiently. I’ve been proud to effectively safeguard lives and solve problems for many different clients in this way.
